Peace comes from being able to contribute the best that we have, and all that we are, toward creating a world that supports everyone. But it is also securing the space for others to contribute the best that they have and all that they are.~ Hafsat Abiola
The Peace Festival would not be possible without the support of people like you. There are many ways to get involved with the Peace Festival, and help us transform Salem into a community that works for all. We are always open to new and creative ideas for bringing the message of peace to Oregon so feel free to contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Volunteer opportunities are available now!
We currently have an openings for the following spots:
Sponsorship Coordinator: This is a fun opportunity for an outgoing individual to help the festival with our sponsorship program. Sharing input and ideas, helping with implementation, and meeting people out in the community. While experience with fundraising and sponsorship is preferred, it is not required.
Set-up/Clean-up Teams: This is a fun opportunity for businesses and organizations to put together a team to assist with set-up or clean-up, as a form of sponsorship. Teams will be acknowledged on our program and our website as being active sponsors.

Participate:
Are you a church, musician or organization aligned with the idea of promoting peace in Oregon? If so, then we are looking for you! Opportunities to provide live music, keynote speeches, children's activities, booths, and more are available now. Just fill out the form below join in the fun! Space is limited each year and the deadline for this year is May 1st, 2012. So submit your ideas for this year's festival before the deadline.

Children's activities: Does your church or non profit faith community have a children's program? Are you interested in highlighting the exciting and fun things your community is doing with children? Then we welcome your participation at this years festival. Our children's village provides a fun opportunity for youth and families to engage in cultural activities, learn about other faiths through crafts and story telling, and provides family friendly music or other creative fun for people of all ages. If your organization would like more information on being involved in the Children's Village than please fill out the form below.
